No Returns – Our Commitment to Quality
At Carbonplug.eu, we place the highest value on quality and precision. Every product is carefully designed, inspected, and packaged to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Due to the sealed nature of our phone cases and their sensitivity to light, including sunlight, we do not accept returns or refunds once the seal is broken or the product has been exposed to any form of light.

Legal Exception – Defective or Incorrect Products
In accordance with EU consumer rights, if an item is defective or does not match the ordered product, you have the right to request a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the product and packaging at Carbonplug.eu@gmail.com. We will review your case individually and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Right of Withdrawal
If the seal of the product remains intact and it has not been exposed to any form of light, including sunlight, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. To exercise this right, please contact us at Carbonplug.eu@gmail.com before returning the product.

Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation. Therefore, a cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.
